Could I ask the group for a little advice.

Currently, my home network is designed as:
Cable Modem > Wireless Router > PC (wired/wireless)

For personal reasons, I need to have all internet traffic logged from both
the wired client and the wireless client. Some ideas that I have is to setup
a linux box with dual NICs between the CM and the wireless router, or to
have an XP box with something like WinGate installed to act as a proxy
server. The box will probably be a laptop with two PCMCIA cards.

Does anyone recommend either of these two proposals, or is there another
solution that would be better?
