Hello,
latest Realtek 8139 Windows drivers from
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloads1-3.aspx?series=16&Software=True

contain a stange option in the "advanced" tabs on device manager : "Optimal
perfomance", which can be disabled or enabled.

Can we known waht is it ?

Why can we need disable it ?
