Hi all,
excuse me for my little english.
I'm decoding an IRI document that have a field like this:

supplementary-Services_Information : '1C0F91A10C020200800606040082710102' H

I know that's a Facility field but i not know how i can decode it.Anyone can
help me, please?
What i must see the bytes of the field?
From 1C to A1 that's ok, i know like i must reason...but from 0C to the next
bytes how i can?
