Who is DHCP server for my Router's WAN port connected to Cable modem?.
there is WAN port on Router, which is connected to Cable modem, which
is DHCP client, how the IP address assgins, who will assign IP address.
Also Router had 4-port switch, dows Router is DHCP server for all
switch ports?. Does router mainitans any database?. How Router know
which PC the response forward?. Where can I get some info on this?.

When you mentioned cable modem, are you referring to the cable modem for
your ISP?
If that is the case, your ISP would be your DHP server, and they would
assign one address to the router.
