Can anyone clear up what "Custom" means in regards to ISDN Type? Is it the same as NI-1?

The opposite.

Ma had ATT Custom; Nortel had their Custom. Equipment for one was worthless on the other.

The Great Compromise was "National" or NatIonal-1 -- so that CPE manufacturers could
offer but one protocol.

Now, I'm told that NI-1 is far closer to Nortel Custom than ATT, but....
