NetMeeting alone supports one to one audio/video calls. It can participate
in a multiple party call supported by an appropriate H.323 MCU.
Problem being there are no reasonably priced MCUs available. My
understanding is that the current Open Source H.323 MCU no longer supports
video (http://www.openh323.org/code.html) but you could poke around to see
if that is true.
