Hi; i have a problem like below.

We stacked 2 ASN router with SPEX-HS module. I explained step by step
at the below.
1. We upgraded prom and diagnostic images oft these 2 ASN routers.(it
is required for stacking). Their prom version is the same now.
2.We replaced our SPEX-HS card into 4. slot of Router.
3. We set slot ID number for stacking routers. we set first router
with 1 and second with 2.
4. Then we plug the cable to A on the SPEX-HS card.
5.After we put pcmcia flash card into router.(We put it in first
router)
6. We boot it. When it is booting we got an error message like below.

Attention: SPEX-HS Failed Hardware Diagnostics.Not Attempting Boot.


How can i solve this problem?

Have you tried to boot router without cable connected? Have you tried to
install different SPEX-HS module?
