Please help.
I am running Windows XP (sp2) and Netmeeting 3.1.

Both myself and recipient (father) log onto an ILS without problems. I place
a call to him and he recieves my call without problem (both video and audio).
However I recieve nothing (no video or audio of him).

He then trys to place a call to me. I recieve nothing at all but he gets a
message similar to "...cannot recieve netmeeting calls..." or "...unable to
recieve netmeeting calls...".

Can you please offer a solution to this delema. I am fairly computer
ILiterate so step by step instructions would be appreciated.

many thanks

Are you behind a router or running a software firewall of some kind? Your
symptoms would indicate that.
