Ok so I have a Nortel Mics 6.0 system and a Call Pilot 150. I would like
the receptionist, extension 100, answer all incoming calls. Currently when
she is on the phone it dumps straight to here voicemail box. This is not
acceptable as the incoming callers typically don't leave messages. I need
her phone to allow all incoming calls to ring through even if she is on the
phone. And if for some reason she cannot get to the call I would like the
AA to take over and allow for dial by directory or extension. Any
suggestions which settings I have to tweak in order to acheive this. Thanks
in advance.

Regards,

Jesus

All in the MICS:

multiple appearances of the extension on the set.

do *not* enable 'call-forward busy'.
do enable 'call-forward no answer'.
