no mic input from Logitec Notebook Pro - XP home |

Is there a known fix or ungotcha for getting logitech's cams mic working
with NetMeeting ?.
Have a laptop & installed drivers only for logitech QuickCam Notebook Pro,
a usb cam - seem to recall it working with netmeeting before.
Video works fine in WinXPsp2 in everything I've tried including NetMeeting.
NetMeeting says cam mic has no audio control so another words, NetMeeting
isnt using its mic.. I do have Logitech NotebookPro audio control,
and can use the audio Tuning Wizzard in MSN Messenger and talk there fine,,,
mic also works in sndrec32 and everyghing else I've tried.. |

Other Logitech cameras with built in mics also do not work with NetMeeting.
NetMeeting needs a full sound card interface -- the cameras do not seem to
provide the appropriate interface. I am not sure about this particular
device.

I haven't heard of any work around (other than using a seperate mic/built
in mic on the laptop.
