Are you trying to do the activation from a full adminstrator account? Is
there some group policy on the machine preventing RDS usage? Is this SP2 ?
Is the firewall enabled?
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;878451 has info on
entering the sharing function into the firewall exceptions list.

Yes I'm administrator on the machine, but it don't comes to the password

check.
It's SP1, firewall only for going out of the intranet.Means internet....
Yes this policy exists and I added me into this group too.

So the account you are trying to activate RDS from has full administrative
privileges? Is the activate function greyed out when you right click on the
RDS icon in the system tray -- is that the problem?

I am not sure what that means -- what group are you referring to?

What does the policy editor say when you run it ( run -> gpedit.msc)?

There are two NetMeeting related policy sections one for "Computer
Configuration" and one for "User Configuration". Under "Administrative
Templates"->"Windows Components"->"NetMeeting" in both configurations are
the NetMeeting policy setting possibilities.

Thank you, I took a look, and all what I saw was not configured in Computer
and User Configuration.
Our default settings.
