Hi,

I know the majority of info here tends to be for the voice systems
rather than the datacomms side, but here goes...

I'm looking for info regarding the above, and methods of getting the
config off a box, where the password has been mislaid by the previous
maintenance company, and where the software version installed is likely
to be before the advent of the configurator/web browser.

At the moment, the only option would seem to be to default the boxes and
rebuild the config from scratch, but if there's any way to get into them
and get the config off first, that would be a bonus and probably save
the customer much downtime.

I'm not aware of any back doors into these boxes, flash cards aren't
user-removable, etc.

The ideal would be to reset the password somehow to default, but
preserve the configuration while doing this.

Any ideas?
