On the Flash voice mails you could set Attendant Available in Feature 982 to
"NO" and when you pressed "O" from the auto attendant it would not ring the
attendant, it would go right to "the operator is not available you have reached
the general delivery mailbox.
I cannot get this to work on the Call Pilots. What am I missing? It still rings
the operator before fowarding to the general delivery mailbox.
