Hi,

We are having a few problems with Callpilot at work. I have just set
up a new user with an Express Messaging Line. We can send faxes and
record voice messages to the main number and the EML however when the
user goes into Lotus Notes to get the message they get the message ..
"CallPilot - Failed to open requested message."

Everything seems to be set up the same as everyone elses mailbox on
the BCM.

Does anyone know a possible solution to this problem?
