just obtained a Ascend pipeline 75 (firmware v6.1.19) to replace a
3Com unit that bit the dust.

Mostly configured OK (dial up account, new IP each time connected),
but I cannot seem to get the setup complete for my Dynamic DNS access
(www.no-ip.com).

It would seem that the dynamic DNS client that runs on bootup passes
the IP ok, but I am unable to PING the machine by the domain name
provided through the DNS service.

I would appreciate any help/direction in getting this to work, or aT
LEAST a suggestion of troubleshooting the issue.

thanks in advance,
Mike

Minor update - it is a Pileline 85 (Pipeline 75 with 4 ethernet ports)

I would advise against buying this product. I will be tossing mine out
due to the lack of ability to obtain ANY f***ing support from lucent!
(they'll provide it for 3x what I paid for my new router).

I'm done with Lucent products!

Mike
I am fighting a P85 also. Did you find any drivers or software that is
compatible with WinXP?

I've struck out
