Hi,

Anyone had any experience of this combination? We have been successfully
using Callpilot Admin Client V1.079 on Windows XP for a while now. Since
installing SP2 however we get an error message when going to the Users
Administration screen and trying to open a mailbox that says 'Reverse RPC
connection with admin server cannot be established'. If you then click 'OK'
it says 'MAS users application has encountered a problem and needs to
close'. Any ideas gratefully received.

Cheers,

Hugh.

Hugh, did you have any luck fixing your problem with the CallPilot? I
am experiencing the same thing also. Let me know if you found a fix
for it. Thanks ahead. E-mail: sengslee@yahoo.com

Check the firewall settings that SP2 introduces. Network/settings/advanced.
