My Norstar MICS 6.0 with Callpilot 150 system has a problem that I can't
seem to find the answer to. When I call into the system and press zero to
get to the gerneral delivery mailbox, I am getting the mailbox of extension
101 instead of the front desks mailbox at extension 100. I have gone
through all the settings in the Call Pilot GUI and verified that the General
Delivery Mailbox is set to the proper extension. Still no dice and I am at
a loss, any ideas?

Are you dialing into an Auto Attendant that has a different reception
setting?

As far as I know the call pilot is handling the auto attendant features.
