Has anybody have any information on how to get access to the web-based
configuration of the cable modem Arris Touchstone 402 ?

Trying to access it using address 192.168.100.1 only brings me a page "this
page is currently unavailable"...

This means the web page has been deactivated...nothing you can do about
it. You might try docsdiag
(http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.walker/docsdiag/)to check if
SNMP gets still are allowed (which I doubt).
