Hello from France and sorry for my bad English,
A lot of PBX in France have the ability to diffuse some messages guides to
assist the caller.
Example: when you call an internal busy DN, a message guide is diffused to
the caller and it say in french :
" The dial number you have call is busy. To make a call back please dial
flashing and 61" (Fonction RGAA on LD 57)
And so on.
We have now an Merian1 option 81C and company who have installed this
machine have say to me this fonctionality is impossible with Nortel PBXs.
I don't beleve what he say because i think the machine can do more than we
do.
I think the solution is in LD 56 and with a Ran CARD but i don't know how
can i do.
So can someone help me with my problem.
